Delivery Time

Once your order is processed and dispatched, we aim to deliver it within 2-3 working days. For orders in major cities, the delivery time is generally shorter, while rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Unboxing & Inspection

• Video Evidence of Unboxing: We request that you record a single-frame video while opening the parcel. This video is crucial in case of any damage claims. In the absence of a video showing the parcel being opened, we will not be able to process damage-related claims. The video serves as proof of the condition of the package at the time of delivery, ensuring transparency for both parties.

• Packaging Video Request: If you would like more information on how your product is packed for extra peace of mind, feel free to request a video of the packaging process before dispatch. We are happy to provide this upon request to ensure you are fully informed.

Damaged or Missing Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product or experience missing items in your order, we require the unboxing video as mentioned earlier to verify the condition of the parcel during delivery. Without this video, we will not be able to address any damage or missing items claims. Please ensure you check the package immediately upon arrival and keep the video evidence for potential claims.

International Shipping
