7. Returns and Exchanges

• IT Stock offers a 7-day return policy on most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
• To claim a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, and the bill must be included.

• We provide a 7-day check warranty on all used products sold through IT Stock.
• The warranty covers the functionality of the laptop, including its battery, keyboard, USB ports, DVD drive, LCD screen, and speakers.
