Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to provide a smooth and straightforward process for our customers.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on all products purchased from IT Stock, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we regret that we are unable to accept returns.
  • Condition of Returned Products: The product must be returned in original condition with all accessories, packaging, and documentation intact. Any product that has been damaged, altered, or has missing parts will not be accepted for return.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day period. You will need to provide your order number, purchase receipt, and photos of the product showing its condition. Our team will guide you through the return process.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once the product has been inspected and returned to us. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
    • Products that do not include the original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
    • Any digital products, including software or license keys.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products that meet the following criteria:

  • Eligibility for Exchanges: Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in original condition and accompanied by the original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide the order number and details of the product you wish to exchange. You can exchange the product for another item of the same value or higher (with the customer paying the price difference).
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item. We will offer an exchange or repair, depending on the nature of the issue.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of the product. However, if the product is defective or damaged during delivery, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Inspection: All returned products will be thoroughly inspected to ensure they meet the return and exchange eligibility criteria. Products that do not meet the required condition will not be accepted.
  • Re-stocking Fees: In some cases, a re-stocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns or exchanges. This fee is deducted from the refund amount and is assessed based on the product condition and reason for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Reason for Return/Exchange
  3. Product Condition (with photos, if applicable)
