7-Day Check Warranty

We offer a 7-day check warranty for all pre-owned laptops purchased from IT Stock. This warranty covers a comprehensive inspection of the laptop and its performance, ensuring that it meets our quality standards. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers the following components:

  • Laptop Performance & Functionality: We ensure that the laptop is free from defects and performs at optimal levels during the warranty period.
  • Battery Backup: The battery is covered for the warranty period to ensure that it provides a reliable backup when the laptop is in use.
  • USB Ports, DVD Drive, LCD Screen, Keyboard, and Speakers: These components are covered under the warranty. Any faults or issues with these parts will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost within the 7-day period.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • The original purchase bill must accompany the warranty claim. This serves as proof of purchase and helps us verify the product’s warranty status.
  • Warranty claims must be made within the 7-day period from the date of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, without any signs of misuse or unauthorized repairs.

Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered under the warranty:

  • Physical Damage: Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or external factors, such as liquid spills or drops, will not be covered.
  • Burnt or Non-Display Battery Issues: If the battery is burnt or fails to display, it will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
  • Breakup or Burnout of Components: In cases where internal components are broken or burnt, we cannot process warranty claims.

Special Notes

  • Multimedia Warranty: The multimedia functionality of the laptop (such as audio and video output) is covered under warranty for one hour after purchase.
  • Deduction for Repairs: In the event of a warranty claim, a 35% deduction will apply for repairs or replacements that fall outside the standard warranty coverage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
